Shipping timings
- First of all, every product is custom made. For manufacturing, it takes 15-20 working days and for shipment, it may take 4 -6 working days to deliver.
- To facilitate our customers, we give tracking numbers for all the shipped products.
Shipping Services
- We have used DHL, FedEx, and Sky net depending on customer location.
- We have charged a flat shipping cost of £23 for the UK. £35 flat shipping cost for other countries.
- We never charged extra shipping charges if you purchased more than one product at once.
- Packing and insurance charges are inclusive of shipping.
- If there will be custom or tax charges at the destination country, then we will not be responsible.
- Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking code from us.
- National holidays, bad weather conditions, festivals, and weekends may extend the delivery time
